Document Upload
Upload mandatory documents, including the company’s authorization letter, PAN card, Aadhar/PAN of the authorized person, board resolution, and company registration documents.
Mobile Verification
Complete one-time mobile verification via OTP.
File Application
Fill in the online application for “Consent to Establish” (before setting up) or “Consent to Operate” (before starting production).
Payment
Pay the required fees online based on the capital investment.
Verification & Approval
MPCB officials will scrutinize the application and may inspect the site. Once approved, the consent is issued.
