FSSAI — Food Safety & Standards Registration
Register or license your food business with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) — mandatory at every stage of the food supply chain.
Comply with Food Safety Law. Operate with Confidence.
FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) is the statutory authority responsible for regulating and supervising food safety in India under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
Any business involved in manufacturing food products, processing food, packaging and labeling, storage and warehousing, transportation of food, distribution and sale of food, restaurants, hotels, caterers and cloud kitchens, or import/export of food products must obtain FSSAI Registration or Licence before commencing operations.
At Q’mArk Group, we help food businesses determine the right FSSAI category, prepare documentation, and secure Basic Registration, State Licence, or Central Licence — ensuring full compliance before you commence operations.
